How do you manage special releases?

Here is how we manage special releases:

- you won’t need an account to buy items, you can check out as a guest

- you will need a key to access the product page and complete your order

- the key will be shared via Instagram and/or Twitter a few hours before the online release

- the key may be one word or more and it will be the reply to the question you will find on our social media

 

Please note that releases will still be first come, first served and the key doesn’t guarantee you will be able to purchase items. You may need to wait in queue until it’s your turn to buy.

 As for any online orders, there may be issues at checkout or with your payment, unfortunately we won’t be able to recover orders/failed payments or to reserve items.

 Below are the main rules you should stick to:

- products are one per customer per order

- in case you have selected the wrong size or you have entered the wrong address information, you will need to cancel your order (you have 60 minutes to do so) and make a new one

- we reserve the right to cancel the orders of anyone we find to be tampering with the purchase process
