Can I exchange my item?

Yes, we do offer size exchange. You will need to open an exchange request in our Returns section and you will be able to select the new size that you wish to receive. If a size is no longer in stock, exchange isn't possible.

Please select our Automatic Method when you request a size exchange. This way shipping costs will be on us.

Once you open an exchange request, a new order is created and it will be shipped as soon as we receive the size that you're returning. No worries if you don't see any order for the exchanged size on your account, the new order will show up once we confirm and process it.

If we don't receive the item that you wish to exchange within 20 days upon submitting your request, we will archive your request and cancel your exchange order.
