You can return your online purchases in our stores.

It is not necessary to open a return request online when returning your items in store. This is because our store staff will open a return request for you and will process your refund straight away. Here you can find our stores addresses and contacts.

You have 14 days upon receipt of your order to return your item(s).

Please note that:

  • all returned items must be unworn, unwashed, complete with original tags and/or packaging. Items returned in non-resalable conditions won’t be eligible for a refund.
  • due to hygiene reasons, underwear cannot be returned. Of course, if there is a manufacturing issue with your garment, you are eligible for return and full refund.

If you have already opened your return request, no worries, our store staff will accept your items and will ship them back to our Return Centre. Refund will be issued in 4-5 business days.

Original shipping costs aren't refundable.

You can either receive your refund through the payment method that you used for your order or you can request a gift card instead.
