Orders & Payments

After you make your order, you have 30 minutes to:

  • Update your shipping information
  • Cancel your order

You can do so by accessing your account Order History, through the Order Confirmation email or on the Thank You page that shows after you complete checkout.

In case you need to change the items/sizes in your order - or add new ones -, you should cancel the order and then make a new one.

If you wish to edit the shipping address after your order has been shipped, you can use DHL On Demand Delivery service or UPS My Choice (depending on which carrier is used for your shipment) as long as the new address is located in the same country as the original one.

You will be able to choose from a range of options including:

  • Rescheduling your delivery
  • Placing your shipment on hold if you are away from home
  • Arranging to collect your order from a service point
  • Changing your shipping address

You have 30 minutes upon placing your order to cancel it.

You can do so by accessing your account Order History, through the Order Confirmation email or on the Thank You page that shows after you complete checkout.

Users are responsible for canceling their orders, we cannot cancel or amend any details of your order once. Please note that if you don't cancel your order within 30 minutes, you should get in touch with our team. However we cannot guarantee that the order can be cancelled.

If you paid with Klarna, iDEAL, Bancontact or Apple Pay you won't be able to cancel orders yourself. Please contact our Customer Service team to have your order canceled and refunded. 


If you have any inquiries about cancellation or size change, please contact us.

If you haven’t received what you ordered or if you have any other issues related to what you purchased, please contact us and share some pictures of the item. We will do our best to fix the problem in the shortest time possible. 

If something is missing, it may be that the items were no longer available when you made your order. In this case, our system automatically removed and refunded them. To check if this is your case, please have a look at your Shipping Confirmation and Packing List. 

I have a problem with my item, but I have already used it. 

The lack of conformity must be notified to the Seller within 2 months from purchase. 

The Customer is entitled to request the fixing or the substitution of the Product within a reasonable term. In case such remedies are not feasible or too burdensome for the Seller, the Customer shall have right to a price reduction or to the termination of the sale agreement, according to art. 130 of the Italian Consumer Code.

If the lack of conformity is notified to the Seller after wearing or washing the items, the Seller is entitled to refuse any type of compensation to the Costumer, as there are no sufficient elements to asses if the lack of conformity may be due to a manufacturing issue.

You can shop at Slam Jam without creating an account. 

However, setting up an account allows you to: 

  • review past orders. 
  • add items you like to your wishlist. 
  • save your shipping information and payment details for your next purchases.

If you wish to delete your account, please contact us.

We accept payments via: 

  • credit cards. 
  • PayPal. 
  • Klarna (available in selected countries only). 
  • iDeal.

After checkout is completed, you will be charged immediately and you will receive an email confirming that your order has gone through. 

Payment is processed through different steps: pre-authorization, capture of the funds and eventual refund and void (for example, in case of inventory shortage). If you’re charged for your order but cannot see it on your account, please contact us.

Shipping & Delivery

We ship from Italy, below you can find the costs and estimated delivery time of our shipments.

Order processing normally takes 1-2 business days (weekends excluded), please allow some slowdowns during peak periods (e.g. Black Friday, sale season, holiday season).

When buying multiple items, your order may arrive in separate shipments from different warehouses.

Since multiple shipments will be arranged, shipping costs will vary based on where your order will be dispatched from. If your order is eligible for free shipping, no shipping cost will apply.

This means that you may not receive everything at the same time, but no worries. You will receive separate tracking links for each shipment.

If you can't find your country or have any inquiries about shipments, please contact us.

We are based in Italy, this means that shipments to other EU countries do not incur any import charges. All other shipments are DAP (Delivery at Place), which means that the recipient of the shipment must take charge of any eventual import duties and taxes.

Duties are calculated at checkout only for shipments to the US. 


Both are charged once orders are shipped and are calculated on the total amount of the invoice (including shipping costs). Unfortunately we have no control over these charges and cannot tell you what the amount will be, as customs policies vary across countries.

Please note that customers take full liability for all shipment costs and any eventual customs charges even if they refuse to accept a parcel due to high import duties or taxes.

We are not allowed to declare low values on invoices, or to mark orders as gifts. We must declare the real value of the items you purchased.

Australian customers: orders under 1000A$ can be imported free of any import duties.
UK customers: orders between 15,01£ and 135,00£ normally incur UK VAT (20% fee), while orders over 135,00£ are subject to UK VAT and import duties. Duty rate is usually 12-17% for clothing and footwear. Please note that the above charges apply to the order total amount (shipping cost included) and are charged after parcels are shipped.


Once we ship your order, you will receive a Shipping Confirmation including the link to track your shipment. If you don’t receive any shipping confirmation, please check your account "Order History" and you will find your tracking link on your order details.

If you wish to edit the shipping address after your order has been shipped, you can use DHL On Demand Delivery service or UPS My Choice (as long as the new address is located in the same country as the original one).

After COVID-19, couriers are allowed to deliver parcels without requesting any signature, even if you request otherwise. Please use DHL On Demand Delivery service or UPS My Choice in case you're not available to accept delivery in person.


Returns & Refunds

You have 15 days upon receipt of your order to return or exchange your item(s). Once you open your return request, you have 15 days to send your item(s) back to us.

Please note that:

  • all returned items must be unworn, unwashed, complete with original tags and/or packaging. Items returned in non-resalable condition won’t be eligible for refund and we will need to send them back to you.
  • you will need to use an outer packaging to protect the shoe box when returning footwear. Since it is part of the product, any damage to the shoe box may result in the return being refused.
  • due to hygiene reasons, underwear cannot be returned. Of course, if there is a manufacturing issue with your garment, you are eligible for return and full refund.
Original shipping costs aren't refundable. Also return import duties will be deducted from refund, regardless of the return method selected.


To open a return or exchange request you can use the Return and Exchanges page.

We provide two methods to return your items back to us, you can pick the one you prefer when opening your return request (RMA).

  1. Automatic Method: you can download the return label and all needed documents to ship your return in the Return Details page. You will need to pack the items in their original box (or any rigid cardboard box), stick the shipping label on the packaging and wait for the courier. You can also use the same documents to drop your parcel off at any DHL/UPS points (depending on the shipping label we have provided), if you find it more convenient. You can always check your return shipment using the tracking code available on your account, "Returns" section. 

    If you opt for the Automatic Method, we will deduct return shipping costs from you refund.
  2. Own Method: you will take care of shipping your items back to us, picking the courier and shipping service you prefer - we recommend using a trackable shipping service. Below is our shipping address for returns:

You can always check your return shipment using the tracking code available on your account, "Returns" section.


Please note it is not possible to exchange your item for a different one - we offer size exchanges only.
You will need to open an exchange request on our Returns page and you will be able to select the new size that you wish to receive. If a size is no longer in stock, exchange isn't possible.

Please select our Automatic Method when you request a size exchange. This way shipping costs will be on us - but you will need to take charge of any import fees your exchange order will be subject to. Import fees are prepaid for US orders only.


Once you open an exchange request, a new order is created and it will be shipped as soon as we receive the size that you're returning. No worries if you don't see any order for the exchanged size on your account, the new order will show up once we confirm and process it.

If we don't receive the item that you wish to exchange within 20 days upon submitting your request, we will archive your request and cancel your exchange order.

If you pick your Own Method to send your items back to us, you will choose the shipping service you prefer. In this case, please consider that any import duties related to your return will be deducted from your refund. 

If you pick our Automatic Method, we will deduct the return shipping costs from your refund.

  • duties and taxes charged at checkout (if any) are not refundable

Yes, you can return sale items, unless otherwise notified. 

You have 15 days upon receipt of your order to open a return or exchange request. It's important that all returned items are unworn, unwashed, and complete with original tags and packaging. Items returned in a non-resalable condition won't be eligible for a refund. 

We usually process returns within 2-3 business days upon receipt, you will receive an email update once we refund you. We issue refunds through the same payment method that you used for your order.

PayPal refunds are almost immediate, while credit card refunds may take up to 10 business days before showing up on your account, due to your bank processing time.

If the credit card you used for payment has expired or has been blocked, yet you have a new card issued by the same bank, the refund will still arrive on the account of your new credit card, even though the number is different. If, however, you no longer have an account with the same bank, please contact the bank directly to check the details of the outstanding refund.

Any import duties related to your return will be deducted from your refund. 

In case you don't accept the delivery of your parcel, or if the parcel can't be delivered, shipping cost and import duties (if any) related to the return of the parcel will be charged to you.

Items listed as 'sold out' are no longer available for sale, but you can sign up to receive back-in stock notifications. You can do so on product pages, where you will find a dedicated field for this.

  • zoom | WCAG 2.1 / 1.4.4: This feature enables users to enhance the size of the text to up to three times the original text for better text readability.
  • bigger cursor: Makes the cursor bigger and more prominent. Increases the size for better site browsing.

Price Adjustment Policy

We price adjust only if the below conditions are met:

  • if an item that you purchased has gone on sale or its price has been reduced, price adjust is doable only in case the price has changed within 24 hours after order confirmation
  • if a promotion has started and it's valid on selected items, the purchased item must be included in the selection
  • a price adjustment can only be applied once per item. This means that we won't grant a second price adjustment if an item purchased - and that has already received a price adjustment - has gone on sale or its price has been reduced again

Price Match Policy

We regret to inform that we don't match the prices offered by other retailers, in any circumstances.

Promotions and Coupon Codes

When a promotion or coupon code is available on our site, please keep in mind the following conditions:

  • discounted items (i.e sale or clearance items) may not be eligible for further discount
  • codes are redeemable online only unless otherwise notified
  • for orders containing multiple items, the discount or promotion offered will be applied to all eligible items
  • in case of return, discounted items will be refunded in the amount paid and not the original value
  • if a code is no longer available, a replacement will not be issued
  • it's possible to apply only one coupon code per order unless otherwise indicated
  • some items from our catalog may be excluded from our promotions.
  • to redeem a coupon code, users will need to enter the coupon code into the dedicated field available at checkout. The relevant discount will be automatically deducted from the final price
  • coupons are valid for a limited time only. The expiration date will be notified either online or via newsletter


When purchasing or using a Digital Gift Card, please keep in mind the following conditions:

  • will receive your order confirmation after 60 minutes from checkout - even if you are immediately charged for your purchase
  • you cannot purchase a Digital Gift Card using another Digital Gift Card
  • if the amount of your Digital Gift Card doesn't cover the total order amount, you will be able to pay the rest of the amount using one of the payment methods supported on our site
  • if the amount of your Digital Gift Card is higher than the total order amount, the balance will be stored in your card and you will be able to make a new order using the same Digital Gift Card
  • the balance is automatically updated, both in case of partial and full use, and is shown in €. You can contact us to get more information about your balance
Your balance will be shown in € also on the 'Your Gift Card is Ready' email and on your account. The amount in € is calculated based on a fixed conversion rate for each currency.


  • Digital Gift Cards can't be transferred and are not redeemable for cash
  • we cannot replace lost or stolen Digital Gift Cards
  • in case an item purchased via Digital Gift Card is returned, the relevant refund will be credited to the same Digital Gift Card

You can return your online orders in our stores.

It won't be necessary to open a return request online when returning your items in store. This is because our store staff will open a return request for you and will process your refund straight away. Here you can find our stores addresses and contacts.

You have 15 days upon receipt of your order to return your item(s).

Please note that:
