How can I track my order?Updated a day ago
Once we ship your order, you will receive a Shipping Confirmation including the link to track your shipment. If you donāt receive any shipping confirmation, please check your account "Order History" and you will find your tracking link on your order details.
If you wish to edit the shipping address after your order has been shipped, you can use DHL On Demand Delivery service, FedEx Delivery Manager system or UPS My Choice (as long as the new address is located in the same country as the original one).
Due to COVID-19 safety measures, couriers are allowed to deliver parcels without requesting any signature, even if you request otherwise. Please use DHL On Demand Delivery service, FedEx Delivery Manager system or UPS My Choice in case you're not available to accept delivery in person.
