How do I earn badges?

To earn badges you need to complete challenges which involve actions such as purchases, social media and quizzes.

For challenges that involve purchases with a minimum order threshold, the challenge is based on the numerical value of the invoice currency. If the invoice currency is changed due to a change in shipping country, the minimum purchase threshold will be changed. For example, an order with shipping to Italy, which has reached the minimum value of €100, is changed at checkout to have shipping to USA, the invoice value is changed to $90 and the challenge is not completed anymore.

 

To earn badges from social media actions, it is necessary to associate your social media account to the loyalty program to let us track the performed actions and subsequently earn the badge and unlock the related reward.

 

Unlocked badges will appear as “pending” within your personal dashboard right after the purchase is confirmed. Pending rewards become available for use 20 days after the order’s delivery date provided no returns have been made.

 

In case there is a return request, even partial, of the order, the badge will be blocked again and the associated reward will not be available anymore.

If there is a request for a size exchange, rewards will remain as pending. The rewards will become available for use 20 days after the exchange order’s delivery date.

Pending rewards from purchases with pre-order items will be available after the Return Period (20 days) of the pre-order merchandise delivery, which may be up to 6 months after purchase. This is valid for both purchases with only pre-order items as well as mixed orders with pre-order and available items.

 

Rewards cannot be transferred to another customer’s account.

 

A qualifying purchase is when you spend a minimum of €1 on SLAMJAM.COM on items included in SLAM JAM REWARD. At our discretion, some items may be excluded.
