How can I return my items?Updated a day ago
You have 15 days upon receipt of your order to return or exchange your item(s). Once you open your return request, you have 15 days to send your item(s) back to us.
Please note that:
- all returned items must be unworn, unwashed, complete with original tags and/or packaging. Items returned in non-resalable condition wonāt be eligible for refund and we will need to send them back to you.
- you will need to use an outer packaging to protect the shoe box when returning footwear. Since it is part of the product, any damage to the shoe box may result in the return being refused.
- due to hygiene reasons, underwear cannot be returned. Of course, if there is a manufacturing issue with your garment, you are eligible for return and full refund.
Original shipping costs aren't refundable.
To open a return or exchange request you can use the Return and Exchanges page.
We provide two methods to return your items back to us, you can pick the one you prefer when opening your return request (RMA).
- Automatic Method: you can download the return label and all needed documents to ship your return in the Return Details page. You will need to pack the items in their original box (or any rigid cardboard box), stick the shipping label on the packaging and wait for the courier. You can also use the same documents to drop your parcel off at any DHL/FedEx/UPS points, if you find it more convenient.
If you opt for the Automatic Method, we will deduct return shipping costs from you refund.
You can always check your return shipment using the tracking code available on your account, "Returns" section.
- Own Method: you will take care of shipping your items back to us, picking the courier and shipping service you prefer - we recommend using a trackable shipping service. Below is our shipping address for returns:
