No, theyāre not, unless otherwise notified.
If you pick your Own Method to send your items back to us, you will choose the shipping service you prefer.
If you pick our Automatic Method, we will deduct the return shipping costs from your refund.
In both cases:
- original shipping costs (if any) are not refundable
- any import duties related to your return will be deducted from your refund. This doesn't apply to returns coming from the US
